Your mission expands what’s possible.

We’re here to expand what’s possible for you.

The Center for Purpose and Impact 501(c)(3) offers leadership experiences for purpose-driven individuals, organizations, and initiatives, built from decades of observation and practice.

Forward movement often
requires asking more of already
stretched people and systems.

Outside resources can help
but are not always available.

What if a different pool of resources also exists?

One already present, but often overlooked.

The Center for Purpose and Impact (CPI) is grounded in the understanding that people, strategy, and mission continuously inform, sharpen, and shape one another.

When treated as separate
drivers, they compete and stall.

When held together, they
reinforce and advance.

Over decades of practice and observation, a pattern emerged:

Many of the shifts that help people move forward do not begin with additional resources, expertise, or effort.

A question that widens perspective.
A connection that reframes everything.
A casual conversation that simplifies things.
A side comment that sharpens focus.
A pause that resets everything.

Often these moments arrive outside the usual pace, hierarchy, or logic of everyday decision-making. They can appear spontaneous. Yet they are often connected to how we engage with ourselves, one another, and the situations we face.

Each one shifts how we see, decide, navigate, and lead.

WHAT IS POSSIBLE

CPI creates experiences where participants explore these dynamics together.

In the process, many discover greater trust in their own capacity to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change.

When they bring this into their daily work life, others take notice.

As more people engage in CPI's experiences, the impact extends beyond their interactions and initiatives.

Navigating current and future transitions with greater clarity

Generating new connections, visibility, and support

Our Purpose

Remarkable people step into and do some of the most consequential work with conviction, dedication, and heart.

It requires continuously navigating competing priorities and changing conditions. This often means carrying urgency and stalled movement at the same time.

CPI’s Founder and Executive Director, Ninette Hupp, has spent decades learning from and with these individuals.

A QUESTION STAYED WITH HER THROUGHOUT:

“Could something be readily available to support these people and the work they are advancing?”

Years of immersion and close observation revealed an answer. CPI was created to make it available.
